Stress Reducing Essential Oils - Aromatherapy


As much as in your work or in the house, when someone lives in a stressful situation essential oils are of great use to keep your mind clear, to concentrate on your work and to renew your energy. Your state of mind will improve and everything becomes much easier. The mixtures that I will describe next are also very useful for children that have a difficulty concentrating or that suffer stress in school or when doing homework. If you are dedicated teacher, make a test and try using a vaporizer in class.

Essential oils to jump out of bed
If in the morning you have a hard time clearing your mind and you are immersed in a preoccupied state of confusion do to the stress that awaits you during the day, do the following:

Have a prepared bottle of essential oil of rosemary on the table at night and in the morning smell the aroma as soon as the alarm clock sounds. It will opened your eyes…

Wash your face with a humid and cold towel prepared with a soup spoonful of hydrosol of rosemary.

Take a shower using the following mixture:

An aroma of spices is ideal against stress and for not staying mentally "blocked"

- 100 ml of neutral liquid soap, 10 drops of rosemary, 7 drops of lime.

This will also be useful if you have very low blood pressure and you find it difficult "to just get going".
