Essential oils useful to combat depressive states


This is very useful to combat depressive states, but also for those people that feel depressed every year at the beginning of winter, those that feel unhappy just before the coldest and dark months of the year:

Antidepressant
A quick relief for you: 1 or 2 drops of angelica or bergamot in a handkerchief.
- In a vaporizer, in the bath or as a body lotion:
- 1 drop of angelica, 2 drops of geranium, 3 drops of lavender, 5 drops of bergamot.

- For the bath it is necessary to dilute previously in honey, milk or cream before adding to the bathwater; to use as a body lotion add to 50 ml of carrier oil.

Essential oils for goodbyes

This is a mixture that will give you added strength and security when you feel sad and have to face a separation.

Children suffer a lot with separations, whether from friends, when changing their residence or school, or of the mother when first going to kinder garden. Then added to their sadness are stomach pains or alterations of their sleep which can be alleviated a lot with essential oils and affection.

The tendency to think negatively, sadness and the lack of mobility are typical symptoms of a depressive state and can be alleviated a lot by means of the use of essential oils.

When we feel we can’t go on it is very useful to take care of ourselves with aromatic products
- 5 drops of cedar, 1 drop of rose, 3 drops of lavender, 2 drops of grapefruit (this last one can be substituted with another citric fruit).

-In the bath, it is necessary to dissolve previously in honey, cream or milk before adding to the bathwater
-As a body lotion for massages for the abdomen or feet, dissolve first in 50 ml of carrier oil
